It’s definitely not what it once was, but given how far many fragrances have fallen, they’ve done a solid job of making sure it still smells like egoiste. I think it’s actually better in the new style bottles as compared to the fully rectangular ones with the concentration under Chanel. Platinum Egoiste is one I like, especially the early development, although the base can be challenging during some wearings. For Bleu de Chanel, I like the edp quite a bit more than the edt. I like the opening of the edt, but rarely enjoy a full wearing.
